Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
  • Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
  • Build and integrate AI-powered APIs and services into applications.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics.
  • Debug and troubleshoot model and data pipeline issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning.
  • Document processes, models, and workflows for future reference.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts.
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience with REST APIs and model deployment.
  • Familiarity with data handling, cleaning, and visualization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools and pipelines (Docker, CI/CD, MLflow).
  • Experience working with large datasets and distributed systems.
  • Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning models.
